ORDER ENTRY

Hub now offers you multiple ways to place orders and transact business. You can place orders online as well as the traditional means of phone, fax and/or EDI. Online customers will now have the freedom to enter orders at their convenience, as our system is available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Just complete Hub's "user friendly" order entry form by entering pertinent information related to load specifics. Pricing is obtained at the time of order entry. You maintain a personal shipping address book for all origin and destination locations ensuring the integrity of your shipping data and providing immediate access to update key location information. Your address book is utilized to select shipping locations specific to each order.

Once orders have been placed online, you will receive an e-mail immediately confirming your order, including all order details and a unique tracking number for the shipment. This unique identifier can be used to obtain "Online Tracking" information for the load in Shipment Tracking. This number has been developed to eliminate easy access to unwanted inquires and insures the security of your shipping transactions.

After each order is "Booked" you will receive a screen pop indicating all the particulars for this move.
