Hub offers 3rd Party User access to Shipment Tracking and Order Tendering. This allows our Customers the ability to provide access to their Customers/Vendors. We can provide full vision access to your 3rd Party or provide limited access based on origin/destination. This functionality benefits your customer service by directing your customers to our web site when there is a need for shipment visibility. Additionally, your vendors can place order tenders online eliminating their need to phone in shipments.
