REPORTING
Hub provides our customers the ability to both obtain transportation reporting and to customize reports for specific needs. Selecting the 'Reporting' Navigation Tab displays the Customer Advantage Web Reporting page where the system displays three types of reports:

"My Reports" - Customer reports created by the user. |

"Standard Reports" - Eight frequently used reports provided to all users of the system. These reports can be copied and modified, but cannot be changed or deleted. |

"Company Reports" - A listing of all 'My Reports' created by users within a company. These reports can be copied and modified by all users in the company, however the original can only be changed or deleted by the author. |

| The system allows the user to perform the following actions: |

Create a new report from available data fields |

Change or Modify an existing report |

Delete a report (only user-defined reports created by the author) |

Create a graph of the report |

Download a report to an Excel file |

Schedule a report for automatic delivery via email or fax |
If you need assistance in creating a report or running one of the Standard Reports you may reference the help section in Customer Advantage or contact Hub Online.
If you need full control of your shipping transactions, simply register online. Hub Online will reply with your user name and password. After receiving your access information simply click the link in the e-mail or click the "Customer Login" on the navigation bar.
