EFFECTIVE AND EASY-TO-USE

After selecting the Vendor Login option from the Navigation bar, the carrier is directed to a secured sign-on screen that allows access to all loads tendered. At this point, the carrier has the opportunity to choose whether or not to handle the move. Each drayage partner can view only the loads tendered to them by SCAC code.

When new dispatches or changes to dispatches are received, Vendor Interface provides the user with both visual and audio notification.

A bulletin board notifies carriers of changes and enhancements to the application and is updated on a regular basis. A handy "Did You Know" section provides tips for users.

HOW TO USE

Carriers view a printable summary screen that includes origin and destination, type of equipment required, and the rate Hub Group expects to pay. Carriers can then accept or decline loads electronically. Vendor Interface will effectively eliminate, or at a minimum, reduce rate discrepancies.

In the event of an incorrect rate, the carrier can decline the load and then a "Free Form" text field will allow the carrier to provide Hub with the rate correction.
