Tod Yazdi is Executive Vice President, Consolidation and Fulfillment. Prior to joining Hub Group Tod was the CEO of TAGG Logistics, which Hub Group acquired in 2022.
Tod brings extensive experience to his role, having served as Vice President and Director of Investment Banking for A.G. Edwards, where he led the Transportation and Logistics Group responsible for advising clients in the logistics, warehouse, fulfillment and supply chain information technology space. His advisory expertise extends across corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions and valuations work, in addition to private equity and debt financing. Before moving to A.G. Edwards, Tod worked in mergers and acquisitions for Charter Communications, a nationwide broadband communications company.
Tod has an MBA from Washington University and both a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Indiana University.
