Alberto Anchustegui is President and Chief Executive Officer, EASO—a Hub Group company. In his role, he leads the strategic direction and governance of EASO, ensuring seamless alignment and integration with Hub Group to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, safety, employee development and long-term value.
Alberto started his career at EASO in 1980 and has since held executive leadership roles where he has advanced the Company through multiple phases of growth and transformation, including the recent joint venture with Hub Group in 2024. He also represented the Mexico Transportation Sector, contributing to the team’s efforts during the NAFTA trade negotiations. Today, the joint venture is the largest cross-border and intra-Mexico intermodal company.
Alberto graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
