Dennis Mathews was named Chief Accounting Officer in June 2025 and is responsible for corporate accounting, external financial reporting, and technical accounting research and implementation. He previously served as Hub Group’s Vice President of Internal Audit and Special Projects.
With 20 years of accounting and audit experience, Dennis held a variety of roles including Director of Financial Reporting, Audit Senior Manager, and Corporate Controller positions. He has worked for Regal Rexnord Corporation, Roadrunner Transportation Systems and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Master of Science and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
