Jeff Potter was named Hub Group’s Executive Vice President, Final Mile in January 2026. In this role, Jeff leads the execution of the Company’s strategic vision for Final Mile, strengthening operational efficiency and delivering best-in-class service to customers.
Prior to Hub Group, Jeff held Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations positions at Forward Air Final Mile before they were acquired in 2023. Jeff has over 20 years of Operations and Client Support experience in the retail industry.
Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Stonehill College.
