Jennifer Springer joined Hub Group as Executive Vice President of Consolidation & Fulfillment in February 2026. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the Company’s warehouse, consolidation and fulfillment organization, overseeing the teams, network, systems and operational processes that enable best-in-class service for customers. She is also responsible for advancing the go-to-market strategy for this line of business, positioning it for continued growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation.
Jennifer brings nearly two decades of global supply chain leadership experience across Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Customer Fulfillment, North America Region at Whirlpool Corporation, where she led the Company’s omni-channel fulfillment network of warehouses across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Prior to Whirlpool, Jennifer held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility at Zebra Technologies, culminating in her role as Senior Director of Global Distribution Operations, Transportation and Zebra4Zebra. In that capacity, she led operations across global fulfillment centers and managed an extensive transportation portfolio. Her experience reflects a consistent focus on network transformation, digitization and automation, and building scalable organizations.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Retail Management & Merchandising from Columbia College Chicago and a Master of Science in International Studies with a concentration in International Trade & Development from Oklahoma State University. She also serves as a member of the Supply Chain Management Advisory Board at Western Michigan University.
