Mike Taylor was named Hub Group’s Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing in early 2026. In this role, he is responsible for leading and supporting the sales organization across all business lines while overseeing the Company’s marketing function. Mike joined Hub Group in November 2018 as Vice President, Retail Solutions, where he was responsible for driving commercial growth with some of the Company’s largest retail customers. He is focused on delivering proactive communication and exceptional service to Hub Group’s customers, strengthening existing relationships and supporting long-term growth.
Prior to joining Hub Group, Mike held leadership roles with several transportation industry organizations, including Union Pacific Railroad, Central Refrigerated, U.S. Xpress and Swift Transportation. His experience spans terminal operations, regional sales leadership and sales director responsibilities, providing him with a broad perspective across transportation and logistics solutions.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
