Patrick Miles was named Hub Group’s Executive Vice President, Intermodal in January 2026. In this role, he oversees the optimization of Hub Group’s intermodal container and drayage fleet, enhancing rail relationships, delivering exceptional service for intermodal customers, and leads his team to drive meaningful, value‑driven results.
Patrick began his career at Hub Group in 2008 as part of the Company’s internship program. Since then, he has progressed through a wide range of roles spanning customer operations, capacity planning, account management and network optimization. Most recently, Patrick served as the Senior Vice President, Intermodal Operations and was responsible for drayage planning and optimization, intermodal field operations, and cost controls across drayage, equipment, and accessorials.
Patrick graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in both Economics and Marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management at the University of Denver Transportation & Supply Chain Institute.
