Todd Heeter was appointed Hub Group’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in May 2026 after serving as an advisor to the Company since March 2026. In this role, he oversees the Company’s finance function, investor relations and capital markets strategy, with a focus on leading Hub Group’s transformation initiatives and financial reporting.
Todd brings nearly three decades of finance leadership experience to the role. He began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen and later spent 13 years as a senior finance executive at a global, NYSE-listed distribution company. Over the past decade, he has held CFO and finance transformation leadership roles across public, private and high-growth companies. His experience includes leading an IPO and public-company transition, raising capital across debt and equity markets, executing significant M&A transactions, and managing lender and private-equity sponsor relationships. He has also advised public companies through complex restatements and returns to SEC and exchange compliance, including post-restatement investor communications.
Todd attended Butler University from 1991 to 1994, where he played football, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Carthage College. In 2026, he was inducted into the Butler University Athletics Hall of Fame.
