Tom LaFrance joined Hub Group in 2021 and is the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. From January 2024 through May 2025 he also served in the additional role of Hub Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Tom has over 30 years of legal experience including multiple general counsel positions in companies such as General Electric Company’s transportation and security technology divisions, United Technologies, Wabtec Corporation, and National Grid. Earlier in his career, Tom was a litigation partner at the law firm Goodwin Procter.
Tom graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
