What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
I enjoy being able to go to work every day to a job that I love, and for a boss who I love working for. Jon, my terminal manager, cares about his drivers and tries to put us first. And, there is no place I’d rather be than in my truck unless I am doing something with my children!
What would you tell another driver who wasn’t familiar with Hub Group?
I would tell other drivers to go out on the yard and hear what our drivers say about Hub Group. Hub Group’s benefits are some of the best and most affordable that I have seen. Hub Group has a great work-life balance, and I’m able to be home at night.
We also are not left sitting. We will bobtail or deadhead if there isn’t a load. It also makes a big difference to be paid hourly and by the mile. I could go on for days, but it all boils down to the fact that I love working for Hub Group and never plan on leaving
