This recognition shows that I am appreciated and a valued Hub Group team member. As a driver, I am on the road all day, so it is good to know that I am appreciated and the work I do is valued.
What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
I enjoy working at Hub Group, as it’s a collaborative environment. My driver and terminal managers are fair and work with me to help me be successful. I feel respected, stay busy, and make a good living here.
What would you tell another driver who wasn’t familiar with Hub Group?
I would tell drivers that the work we do is hard, but is very rewarding. To be successful, be willing to work hard and always go the extra mile.
