It is an honor to be nominated and awarded this recognition. I have been at Hub Group for almost 11 years and although there have been changes within the industry, technology, and company, Hub Group still strives to find a way to reward its employees.
What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
I enjoy that each day is different. Being in transportation and logistics makes every day different. I also enjoy working with my team and look forward to working with them each day.
What would you tell someone about what it’s like working at Hub Group?
Transportation and logistics can be a very dynamic and fast-paced industry. There are factors that we can and cannot control, but our job at Hub Group is to provide solutions and communicate what we can do, even in the most tricky of situations. Being at Hub Group for almost 11 years, I always find ways to learn something new about the industry to be able to speak to my customers about. Hub Group also has an environment that strives to provide personal development through internal and external continuous improvement opportunities.
