What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
I enjoy problem-solving. Logistics is such a dynamic field with high expectations, so I like tackling the challenges we face.
What would you tell someone about what it’s like working at Hub Group?
We have to work hard at Hub Group. Transportation is a fast-paced industry with customers that have high expectations, but I’ve always been surrounded by people who have a good sense of humor and are extremely knowledgeable, so there’s always fun conversation and a wealth of experience to rely on. I’ve always tried to be open-minded and have a hands-on mentality. I’ve always found that managers and directors have been receptive and accommodating of those who want to get more involved and get more responsibilities.
