What does this recognition mean to you?
For nearly seven years, I have given a lot of time, energy, and effort in the two departments that I have worked in. Anytime a company or coworkers recognize a person’s accomplishments, it is gratifying, and I am honored and thankful for this recognition.
What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
I love that the people I work with care about their work, but also me as a person. I feel supported, encouraged, and motivated by my peers and management. I feel my voice is heard and people believe in me. This is a great community to work in.
What would you tell someone about what it’s like working at Hub Group?
Hub Group has given me the skills professionally to grow in a career path that best suits me. I started my journey at Hub Group in an account management position, and now, I am in the IT department. Hub Group has worked with me and allowed me to find a position that is suitable for my strengths and interests, and I am grateful for that. Through working with many people and teams, teamwork is something that I have always loved about Hub Group. Everyone is willing to support you and cares about the work they do. Honest, fluid conversation between peers and management, whether in the office or not, has been terrific through the years.
