What does this recognition mean to you?
This recognition validates 10 years of hard work. I come to work with a drive to do something wonderful and impactful every day, and it’s just so rewarding to see those efforts be noticed and appreciated.
What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
I love the challenge and the fact that no two days are the same. I’ve always loved problem-solving, and the work I do feels like a giant puzzle that I get to help put together every day. I love collaborating with other departments to try and pull off things that other people might consider impossible. There’s such satisfaction knowing you’ve taken a customer’s wildest ideas and been able to produce a deliverable.
What would you tell someone about what it’s like working at Hub Group?
The possibilities are endless… I’ve worked in multiple divisions during my time at Hub Group and each one of those stops has helped build me into the employee I am today. I am surrounded by a great group of coworkers who love what they do and help motivate me daily.
My passion and love for our company have spilled over onto my own family, where my son loves to play the “Hub Group” game anytime we drive somewhere, seeing how many of our containers he can spot along the way.
