What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
For the past 15 years, I’ve been working with a proficient team that streamlines processes that involve millions of shipments — a daily motivator for me. We collaborate with other teams to develop solutions and enhance processes that improve the efficiency of the company. It’s satisfying to help our team grow and excel. Our daily challenges keep me on my toes, and every day is different.
What would you tell someone about what it’s like working at Hub Group?
Hub Group allows you to develop both professionally and individually, allowing for a high level of job satisfaction. When some situations arise, you are encouraged to provide feedback and input, which creates a positive work dynamic. Managers and peers show appreciation when we accomplish our goals, which makes you feel like an important part of the company.
