What does this recognition mean to you?
It means a lot. In the last nine months, I have worked hard to make sure that our team takes and manages as many calls as possible and helps as many customers as possible. This is recognition of that.
What do you enjoy most about working at Hub Group?
The challenge and variability of my day. I handle everything including software changes, project management of new updates, working on training, coaching, drafting work instruction, and monitoring calls. When my days starts, I don’t always know where it will end — that is exciting.
What would you tell someone about what it’s like working at Hub Group?
It is hard but rewarding. I help supply people and companies with their products.
